Workuzone Remote Employee Policy

1. Work Model:
All employees work remotely. No physical presence is required. Clear communication and regular updates are expected.

2. Role Focus:
Currently hiring Sales Representatives responsible for promoting and selling Workuzone’s digital products.

3. Payment Structure:
Employees are paid commission-based payouts based on achieved and verified sales. No fixed salary is provided at this stage. Full details will be shared at the time of onboarding.

4. Work Hours:
Flexible working hours. Employees can manage their schedules independently while meeting sales targets.

5. Performance Expectations:
Sales Representatives must maintain professionalism, meet agreed sales goals, and provide weekly updates.

6. Confidentiality:
Employees must protect Workuzone’s customer data and internal information. Breach of confidentiality may result in termination.

7. Tools Provided:
Training materials, digital resources, and support will be provided to help employees succeed.

8. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes regarding commission, targets, or other matters must be addressed in writing to the management team.
